Supplemented ERA-EDTA Registry data evaluated the frequency of dialysis, kidney transplantation, and comprehensive conservative management for patients with kidney failure in Europe

The aims of this study were to determine the frequency dialysis and kidney transplantation estimate regularity comprehensive conservative management (CCM) for patients with failure in Europe. This uses data from ERA-EDTA Registry. Additionally, our included supplemental Armenia, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Kosovo, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Slovenia additional Israel, Italy, Slovakia using other information sources. Through an online survey, responding nephrologists estimated CCM (i.e. planned holistic care instead replacement therapy) 33 countries. In 2016, overall incidence therapy was 132 per million population (pmp), varying 29 (Ukraine) 251 pmp (Greece).
